Turnpike project part of massive job creation for the state

Following combined efforts by developer’s and a Pennsylvania senator to have a slip ramp built linking Route 29 to the turnpike, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has announced it will go ahead with the $89 million project.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike is a toll highway known to almost every residents of the state. It serves almost all the major urban centers of the state and is one of the primary commercial and transport arteries of Pennsylvania linking us to Ohio and New Jersey with its 359 mile length.
